Biography
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering (1999) and a PhD in Physics (2003), both at UFRGS. He is currently Associate Professor at the Chemistry Institute of the same University. He completed postdoctoral training at CEA (France) and at the University of Waterloo (Canada).
Research Interest
He has experience in Physics and Chemistry, with emphasis on surfaces and thin films, working mainly in the following subjects: dielectrics, semiconductors, ion beam analysis, isotopic tracing and electron spectroscopy.
