Biography
Griselda Ligia Barrier de Galland a bachelor's degree in Chemistry - University of Génève (1980), a Master's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1989) and a PhD in Materials Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1996). He is currently a professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
Research Interest
He has experience in Chemistry, with emphasis on Polymers, working mainly on the following topics: polymerization, synthesis and characterization of polyethylene, polypropylene and poly-1-olefins, synthesis and characterization catalysts for polyolefins, metallocenes, post-metallocenes, copolymerization, terpolymerization, polyolefin nanocomposites with graphene, carbon nanotubes, polyaniline, chrysotile, etc.
