Biography
Jaime Urdapilleta Tarouco holds a PhD in Animal Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (1982), a Masters in Animal Science from the Federal University of Pelotas (1990) and a PhD from the Faculty of Zootechnics Food Engineering-FZEA-USP-SP (2009). He is currently an Adjunct Professor of the Department of Animal Science at the Faculty of Agronomy of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
Research Interest
He has experience in the area of ​​Animal Science, with emphasis on meat science, working mainly on the following topics: cattle, body composition, ultrasound, selection.
