Biography
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1988), a Master's degree in Chemistry from the Chemistry Institute of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1992) and a Ph.D. from Chimie Organique et Organométallique by the Université de Paris VI (Pierre et Marie Curie) (1996). He is currently Associate Professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He has experience in Chemistry, with emphasis on Chemical Kinetics and Catalysis, working mainly on the following topics: hydrosilylation, hydroformylation, epoxidation, catalysis, oleochemistry and inorganic chemistry.
Research Interest
Chemical Kinetics and Catalysis, working mainly on the following topics: catalysis, nickel, diimines, sol-gel, silica, zeolites, oxidation, oligomerization and polymerization.
