Biography
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of São Paulo (2003), a PhD from the Center for Lasers and Applications - IPEN (2008) and post-doctoral from the Center for Lasers and Applications - IPEN (2012). Has experience in the field of Physics, with emphasis on Prop. Optics and Spectroscopy. of Condensed Matter and Other Inter. of Mat. with Rad. and Part., Development of Solid State Lasers and in Physics Teaching. He acts mainly in the development of solid state lasers, optical properties of biological tissues and diagnosis of pathologies by optical methods. He is a professor of the postgraduate program in biophotonics applied to the health sciences of the University of Nove de Julho, the Postgraduate Program in Informatics and Knowledge Management and the Directory of Informatics Courses. He is a member of the Center for Advanced Studies in Applied Informatics NEA - IA, the Brazilian Society of Physics (SBF), the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) and the International Society for Optics and Photonics (SPIE). He is an Ad-hoc reviewer for Quantum Electronics, Exacta, Optical Engineering, Optics Express and Journal of the Brazilian Chemical Society
