Biography
Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo (1972), Master's degree in Production Engineering from the Paulista University (1999) and PhD in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (2003). Currently a professor and senior researcher at the University of Nove de Julho (UNINOVE). He has experience in the area of ​​Information Technology and Production Engineering, and has been working mainly in the following subjects: software development, software engineering, development methodology, software quality, Information technology, information systems and knowledge management.
