Biography
He holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1996), a Master's degree in Ecology from the State University of Campinas (1999) and a PhD in Biological Sciences (Zoology) from the University of São Paulo (2004). He was a postdoctoral fellow at FAPESP in the Arthropod Laboratory, Instituto Butantan. He is currently professor of the Department of Zoology of the Institute of Biological Sciences, Federal University of Minas Gerais. It acts in systematics of spiders.
