Biography
She holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2002), a master's degree (2005) and a Ph.D. (2008) in Biological Sciences (Pharmacology) from Riberirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo. He is currently Associate Professor level IV of the Department of Pharmacology of ICB-UFMG. He has experience in the area of ​​Pharmacology, with emphasis in Psychopharmacology, working mainly on the following subjects: atypical neurotransmitters (nitric oxide and endocannabinoids), defense reactions, anxiety, stress and metabolic syndrome.
