Biography
She graduated in Biological Sciences by the Federal University of Minas Gerais-UFMG, Master and Doctorate in Morphology by UFMG. She is associate professor IV of the Department of Morphology of the Institute of Biological Sciences, UFMG. Pro-Rector of Post-Graduation in the period 2004-2010. Director of the Microscopy Center, supplementary body of the UFMG in the period 2011-2014. She is the technical-scientific coordinator of the Life Sciences area of ​​this Center. He coordinates the Microscopy and Microanalysis Network of Minas Gerais, supported by Fapemig, which covers eleven teaching and research institutions in the state. He is the Rector's Chief of Staff, managing 2014-2018. She is the director of the postgraduate program in Cell Biology and the postgraduate program in Neurosciences
