Biography
He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1998), a PhD in Parasitology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2003) and a PhD Program with Internship Abroad from the United States Department of Agriculture (2002). He is currently Associate Professor I at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He has experience in the area of ​​Parasitology working mainly on the following topics: dietary behavior of hematophagous arthropods, salivary and intestinal molecules that influence hematophagy and epidemiology of ectoparasites.
