Biography
Cristiano Bigonha Tibiriça holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on mechatronics and aircraft by the University of São Paulo (2004). He completed his master's degree in the area of instrumentation and his doctorate in the area of heat transfer in biphasic flows in microchannels both by the University of São Paulo. Between 2009 and 2010, he worked as a visiting researcher at the LTCM (Heat and Mass Transfer Laboratory), at EPFL, Switzerland. In 2011 he received the Thesis prize for USP 2011, and in 2012, he was the winner of the Capes de Tese 2012 award, both in the area of engineering. Performed postdoctoral on instabilities in biphasic flows with phase change.
