Biography
Christina is a Civil engineer, she worked for 6 years (from 1995 to 2000) as a project and field engineer in Foundations and Excavations. Later, from 2001 to 2007, he held a master's and doctoral degree in Geotechnics, in the Foundations area, at the University of São Paulo (School of Engineering of São Carlos), and in 2009 post-doctorate at the Technical University of Grenoble (INPG). She is currently a professor at the School of Engineering of São Carlos at the University of São Paulo. It operates in the research line of Foundations Engineering, with emphasis on: safety and probability of ruin of foundations, foundations in metallic helical piles, physical modeling of centrifuge piles and calibration chamber, and foundations subjected to cyclic loading.
