Edmundo Escrivão Filho

Biography

Edmundo Escrivão Filho holds a degree in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1980), a degree in Business Administration from the Higher Education Center of São Carlos (1978), a degree in Accounting from the Higher Education Center of São Carlos (1979) Administration from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1987) and PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (1995). He is currently a professor at the University of São Paulo. Has experience in Administration, with emphasis on Administration, working mainly on the following topics: small business management; small company specificities; work of the leader of the small business; creation, mortality and success of small enterprises; strategic planning in small business. Associate Professor 3 of the School of Engineering of São Carlos (EESC) of the University of São Paulo (USP). Coordinator of the Group of Small Business Organizational Studies - GEOPE.
