Biography
Fernando César Almada Santos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the School of Engineering of São Carlos at the University of São Paulo (EESC / USP) (1985), a Master's degree in Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1991) and a Ph.D. Companies by Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo (1998). He is currently a PhD Professor at EESC / USP. She is a Research Productivity Scholar at CNPq, Level 2, from March 1010 to February 2016. The focus of her teaching and research activities is the interface between strategic and organizational aspects of Production Engineering, Human Resources Administration and of Environmental Management, working mainly on the following topics: team environment training, organizational learning and culture, product and process development, management of quality and logistics. His main articles were published in scientific journals, followed by the year of publication, Qualis CAPES stratum for the evaluation area Administration, Accounting and Tourism and Impact Factor JCR: International Journal of Operations and Production Management (2000, A1 and Impact Factor JCR: 1,127), Journal of Cleaner Production (2012 and 2008, A1 and Impact Factor JCR: 2,727), Journal of Cleaner Production (2010 and 2008, A1 and Impact Factor JCR: (2010, 2005) and the FGV impact factor (1999, A2 and JCR impact factor: 0.213), African Journal of Business Management (2010, A2 and Impact Factor JCR: 0.107), Perspectives in Information Science (2009, B1), 2003, B1), Management & Production (2008, 2006, 2004 and 2001, A2), Revista de Administração Contemporânea (2008 and 1997, A2), Brazilian Journal of Public Administration (2007, A2). He published 15 papers in Scientific Electronic Library Online journals (SciELO) and 9 papers in periodicals with JCR Impact Factor. Its ISI Web of Science H-Factor is H4. His main articles were in: Journal of Operations Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Human Resource Management and International Journal of Manpower.
