Biography
Civil Engineer graduated in 1975 by the School of Engineering of São Carlos, USP, developed in this institution his academic career, occupying different functions and positions. Full Professor of the Structural Engineering Department since 1993, he works in the area of ​​Timber, Timber Structures and Products Derived from Wood, particularly in research lines: properties and applications of timber and wood products, roofing structures , bridges, shapes and forms, standardization, test methodology, alternative inputs in the production of panels.
