Biography
Dr. Mounir Khalil El Debs holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1972), a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1976) and a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1984). He is currently a professor at the University of São Paulo, head of the Department of Structural Engineering at EESC-USP and coordinator of the Laboratory of Structures at EESC-USP. He has experience in Civil Engineering, with emphasis on Concrete Structures, working mainly on the following topics: precast concrete, connections, concrete bridges, structural tests, thin concrete elements.
