Biography
Oswaldo holds a degree in Geology from the University of São Paulo (1983), a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1994) and a PhD in Geosciences and Environment from the Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho State University (2001). He carried out a specialization course in the analysis and mapping of geological risks using the Geographic Information System - GIS in the American Geological Survey - Colorado (1998). Professor at USP in 2014. He is currently Prof. Associate of the School of Engineering of São Carlos University of São Paulo. He has experience in the area of ​​Civil Engineering, with emphasis on Geotechnics, working mainly on the following topics: GIS in geotechnics and environment, slope and slope stability, geotechnical and geological risk mapping and geotechnical geotechnical research in environmental management instruments.
