Biography
Graduation in Computer Science (2002) and Masters in Physics and Astronomy by the University of Vale do Paraiba (2006) and PhD in Applied Computation by the National Institute of Space Research (2012). He is currently a professor / researcher at the University of Vale do Paraiba (Univap). He has experience in the area of ​​Computer Science and Physics of the ionosphere, with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, working mainly on the following themes: ionosphere, ionogram, fuzzy logic, programming languages ​​and ionospheric model. Collaborating researcher in the thematic project of FAPESP (N 2012 / 08445-9) entitled: Study of the day-to-day variability of the mesosphere, thermosphere and ionosphere in low latitudes and equatorial region during the solar cycle 24. Already guided 38 undergraduate studies in the areas of Computer Science and Engineering. Reviewer of the Journal of Atmospheric and Solar-Terrestrial Physics. According to Web of Science, it has 41 papers published in international journals with 469 citations (H = 14).
