Mr. Arlindo de Azevedo Moura serves as the Chief Administrative & Financial Officer and Member of Board of Executive Officers at Vanguarda Agro SA. Mr. de Azevedo Moura served as Chief Executive Officer at Vanguarda Agro SA and served as its Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. de Azevedo Moura served as the Chief Executive Officer at SLC Agricola S.A. since March 23, 2007 and served as its Member of Board of Executive Officers. He actively participates in associations and entities that represent SLC Agrícola's sector. He has been with the SLC group since 1997 and has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the agribusiness field. In addition, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Kepler Weber group and also served as John Deere Brasil Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for South America. He served as the President of Associação Maranhense dos Produtores de Algodão (Maranhão Association of Cotton Producers), or AMAPA.
