Biography

Mr. Ronaldo Iabrudi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of GPA at Casino, Guichard-Perrachon Société Anonyme. Mr. Iabrudi serves as a Partner of VIAW and AGROBANCO. He serves as an Executive Officer and representative of Casino Group, Brazil. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Magnesita S.A from 2007 to 2011 and served as its President since October 1, 2007. He was an In-charge of all companies composing the Magnesita Group in Brazil, Argentina, Germany, France, USA and China. He worked at Telemar Group from 1999 to 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Telemar Operadora. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Ferrovia Centro-Atlântica from 1997 to 1999. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Porto de Angra from March 1997 to October 1997. From 1984 to 1997, he served as an Executive Officer and Administrative & Financial Officer at Gerdau Group companies and was responsible for its management. He served as General Manager of Human Resources Department at Gerdau Group. He serves as the Chairman of Lupatech and Via Varejo S.A. He served as Chairman of Telemar Operadora. He served as Chairman of Porto de Angra. He has been a Director of Via Varejo S.A. since August 22, 2013. He serves as a Director of Estácio Participações. He served as a Director of Casino, Guichard-Perrachon Société Anonyme since June 2013. He served as Director of Cemar. He served as a Director of other Telemar Group companies. Mr. Iabrudi holds Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from PUC-MG in 1979 and Master’s Degree in Qualification of Adults in 1981, Master’s Degree in Administration of Changes in 1982 and Doctorate’s Degree in Organizational Change in 1984 from Université Paris XIX - Dauphine.
