Biography

Mr. Gilberto Meirelles Xando Baptista has been the Chief Executive Officer of Vigor Alimentos S.A. since December 29, 2011. Mr. Baptista serves as the Chairman of The Executive Board at Vigor Alimentos S.A. and has been its Member of The Executive Board since December 12, 2011. He served as Director of Investor Relations at Vigor Alimentos S.A. and served as its Investors Relation Officer from December 29, 2011. He served as Director of International Sales of Sadia S.A. until January 19, 2009 and served as its Marketing Director and Director of Commercial Exports. He has experience in Controlling, sales and marketing areas within the organisation. He served as Commercial Director of Local Markets at Sadia S.A. He developed his carrer at Sadia beggining his carrer in the mechanical maintenance department, passing by production department and pork production area. He has an MBA from Sao Paulo University. Mr. Baptista holds an undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Getúlio Vargas Foundation, with a specialization in Business Administration from CEAG-FGV.
