Biography

He was born on November 8, 1979, he was raised in a low middle class family, his parents are Professor Luis Jorge Washington Mendoza Vivas and Mrs.. Marianita Vélez del Jesús, He have 4 brothers, of whom he is the third, his primary education was in the fiscal school Mixed 12 de Febrero, then He graduated as a mathematical physicist in the Carlos Garcia Mora school, his undergraduate studies in Engineering in Computer Science he did them at the Polytechnic School of Manabí, and finally He am finishing his postgraduate study at the Regional University of the Andes in Business Informatics, in which He am affirming his knowledge obtained in undergraduate.
