Biography
Mr. Luiz Aparecido Caruzo Neto has been the Chief Controlling Officer and Head of Shared Service Center at Votorantim Industrial S.A. since April 2008. Mr. Caruzo Neto joined Votorantim in 2006. He serves as Managing Director of the Fundação Senador José Ermírio de Moraes, or Funsejem Pension Fund. Prior joining VID, from 2002 to 2005, he served as Head of Accenture BPO Office based in Curitiba. From 2000 and 2002 he managed several of Accenture's consulting projects in the finance industry. Prior to working with Accenture, Mr. Caruzo Neto worked for Unilever and Arthur Andersen and held various management positions. He has been a Director of Votorantim Industrial S.A. since 2014 and Votorantim Andina SA January 29, 2014. He served as a Director of Votorantim S.A. since 2014. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Escola de Administração de Empresas da Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo.
