Biography

Mr. Pedro Grendene Bartelle served as Vice Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President at Grendene S/A. Mr. Bartelle was responsible for redirecting Grendene's business line by developing new concepts, products and innovative design, as well as the decision to transfer the main industrial unit to the state of Ceara. Leader of the business turnaround phase, he was responsible for the development of several innovative projects. He serves as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Vulcabras do Nordeste, Agropecuaria Manaca Ltd. and Reebok Chile. Mr. Bartelle has been the Chairman of Administrative Council at Vulcabras|azaleia SA since July 30, 2012 and serves as its Director. He serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Grendene S/A. He served as a Vice Chairman of Grendene S/A.
