Biography
Mr. Sérgio Luiz Silva Schwartz has been Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations Officer and Executive Vice President at Weg SA. and serves as its Member of Executive Board. Mr. Schwartz served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Weg SA. He served as Investor Relations Executive at Weg SA. He served as International Officer of Weg SA from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Schwartz served as a Vice Chief Executive Officer of Weg SA from 2007 to 2010. He joined WEG in 1985. He served as a Director of Weg SA. He has been a Director at Iochpe-Maxion S.A. since April 10, 2015. He holds an MBA in executive team management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil in 1999 and MBA in Business Logistics in 2003. He has a degree in Accounting from the Regional University of Joinville in 1990 and Post Graduate in UDESC in 1994.
