Biography

Mr. Augusto Cezar Tavares Baião has been an Executive Director of Wilson Sons Limited since December 28, 2006. Mr. Baião serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Brazil Operations at Wilson Sons Limited. He joined Wilson Sons Limited in 1994 as a Finance Director for Wilson Sons de Administraça˜o e Comércio Ltda and later as its Supervising Director and in the subsequent year, as a Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Baião served as an Open Desk Manager at JP Morgan from 1982 to 1989 and the Finance Director of Grupo Lachmann from 1989 to 1994. Mr. Baião graduated in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in 1979.
