Biography
Kerry Kerlin joined Roswell Park Cancer Institute in 2013. As Chief Information Officer, he provides leadership for the infrastructure, networking and information technology systems that form the technological backbone of the Institute. He plans, develops and manages the Institute’s information systems, including electronic medical records and research data management, and oversees the acquisition of new technologies aimed at improving Institute operations. Kerlin had more than 25 years experience before coming to RPCI, leading and consulting for large, complex organizations including healthcare facilities and clients such as West Penn Allegheny Health System in Pittsburgh, Pa., and Rush North Shore Medical Center in the Chicago metro area. Kerlin earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
