Biography
Dr. Dimitrov graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Thracian University, Stara Zagora, Bulgaria in 2003. He started to work as a pediatrician at the Pediatric department of Galabovo Hospital in 2003. Since 2005, specialized and later assisted in the Pediatric department at the University Hospital Stara Zagora. In 2010, he received his specialization in pediatrics. From 2010 to September 2013 he specialized in the department of allergy and asthma at the Alexandrovska Hospital, where he received the profession of clinical allergy. now Dr. Dimitrov works in the Pediatric department of Tokuda Hospital Sofia. Professional interests of Dr. Dimitrov are in the area of respiratory allergies - allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, skin and allergy tests, modern diagnosis of food allergy. Dr. Dimitrov is a member of the Bulgarian Association of Physicians, the Bulgarian Association of Allergology, the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology, European Respiratory Association. He is the author and co-author of several publications in national and European scientific journals.
