Biography
Antoaneta Hristova (Bulgarian Co-PI) is associate professor in Social and Political and Human Studies – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IPHS-BAS), Chief Editor of the journal “Psychological Research”, and BAS spokesman with the media and governmental bodies. Her research interests involve analysis of political behaviour and decision-making, value structure of societies in transition and changing concepts of justice in Bulgaria. She has extensive experience in case studies, media analysis and content analysis of data obtained through focus groups. Participation in Projects: Transnational collaboration for development of a service for the small and medium enterprises “Psychological intervention and prevention of the conflict in the reconciliation of family and professional life, Psychological aspects of political conservatism in Bulgaria, Public opinion of woman as corporate leaders in Bulgaria, Motive of justice in change condition in Bulgaria, Terrorism phenomenology (joint project with prof. Polio- USA), Military leadership and education in leader’s skills (with Ministry of defense). Main fields of consulting and training are organizational, political and personal image formation; Political psychology.
