Biography
From 2014 to 2017, Dr. Nisen served as Chief Executive Officer and the Donald Bren Chief Executive Chair of Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute. From 2004 to 2014, Dr. Nisen held various roles at GlaxoSmithKline, most recently as Senior Vice President, Science and Innovation. Prior to that, Dr. Nisen served as Divisional Vice President, Global Oncology Development and as Divisional Vice President, Cancer Research at Abbott Laboratories from 1997 to 2004.
