Ms Diana Williamson

Biography

Vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary of Agilent Technologies.  She is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities matters. She joined Agilent in 2013 as senior counsel. Before that she worked at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP, a law firm in Palo Alto, California.  There she represented public and private technology companies on a broad range of corporate and securities matters.  She was also seconded to Sumitomo Chemical Co. Ltd.’s legal department in Tokyo, where she managed an array of in-house legal issues.  Prior to that she was corporate counsel at Marvell Technology, Inc. Chiu is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.  She also received a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree  in biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.  She is an active member of the State Bar of California.
