Biography
Jelle Hempenius joined QPS (formerly known as Xendo Drug Development) in January 2006 as Senior Director of Business Development and was promoted to Executive Director of Business Development in April 2010. In July 2015 Jelle became responsible for Global Strategic Account Management Bioanalytical & Translation Medicine. Jelle has been trained in Analytical Chemistry and holds an MBA degree of the State University of Groningen, The Netherlands. He started his career in the CRO industry in 1983 and had several (management) positions in the Bioanalytical Laboratories. In 1998 Jelle made a career switch to Business Development and held Business Development positions at Pharma Bio-Research and ICON Development Solutions before joining QPS.
