Biography
Mr. Guy Prentice has been a Vice President of Finance at Royal Group, Inc. since September 2012. Mr. Prentice has overall responsibility for finance and accounting for Building Products in the United States and Canada. Mr. Prentice is an experienced Finance and Accounting Executive. Mr. Prentice spent 10 years in public accounting followed by 20 years in Chief Financial Officer roles for mid-sized manufacturing and technology firms. Mr. Prentice served as Vice President of Finance for Royal’s Exteriors and Distribution business since June 2009. He is a Chartered Accountant in both Ontario and Alberta. He earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in Illinois. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
