Kenny Matthews, is the Founder of Khmer Fresh milk. Cambodia imported all of its dairy products including milk, cheese, yogurt, and ice cream. Despite recent growth in dairy consumption, Cambodia had yet to establish a long-lasting, successful, domestic dairy farm of its own.
