Ming Fong Leow

Biography

Mr. Ming Fong Leow, also known as Jimmy, served as an Audit Partner/Senior Partner of KPMG Malaysia from 1980 to December 31, 2005 and Concurring Partner for Portfolio of clients including several public listed companies and multinational companies. Mr. Leow has over 32 years of audit experience in various industries including several public listed companies in Malaysia and multinational companies. He joined KPMG Malaysia in 1973, where he had overseas working assignments in Cambodia, Vietnam and Singapore. He has been the Chairman of Focus Point Holdings Berhad since August 3, 2015. He has been Independent Non-Executive Director of KSK Group Berhad (also known as Kurnia Asia Bhd) since June 16, 2006. He has been a Director of Nam Fatt Corporation Berhad. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Focus Point Holdings Berhad since April 1, 2010. He served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Karambunai Corp. Bhd. from May 15, 2006 to August 25, 2010. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of NagaCorp Ltd., from May 15, 2007 to May 24, 2011. He serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Canadia Bank Plc. He served as an Independent & Non Executive Director of Petaling Tin Bhd from May 15, 2006 to August 1, 2007 and FACB Industries Inc. Bhd from May 15, 2006 to August 1, 2007. He is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Chartered Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Management. Mr. Leow obtained his professional qualification as a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in London in 1972.
