Haig Keledjian

Biography

Haig Keledjian currently serves as the President and CEO. He also serves as Chairman of our Board of Directors, a position he has held since 2001. Mr. Keledjian is the original founder of our Company and has served in various positions with our Company since founding our Company in 2001. He previously oversaw the licensing of our global intellectual property portfolio and guided our research and development program for over 10 years, and now focuses his efforts on expanding our intellectual property portfolio, as well as coordination of ongoing research, collaborator relationships, and fundraising activities. Mr. Keledjian is a California attorney. Prior to founding our Company, he practiced tax and estate law in California. Mr. Keledjian is a valuable member of our Board of Directors due to his intimate knowledge of our Company as he was our original founder and his extensive strategic and management experience in our industry. Mr. Keledjian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from California State University Los Angeles, followed by a Master’s Degree in Taxation, from Golden State University in 1985. In 1989, Mr. Keledjian completed his undergraduate law studies by obtaining a B.S. in law from Glendale University and in 1991 obtained his Juris Doctorate from Glendale University. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993.
