Ann Dennison

Biography

Ann serves as Senior Vice President and Controller at Nasdaq. In this capacity, she has responsibility for the company’s financial reporting, analysis and disclosure. Ms. Dennison has over 19 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. Prior to Nasdaq she served at Goldman Sachs as Managing Director and, prior to that, as head of Financial Reporting, responsible for internal and external firmwide reporting and financial planning and analysis. She was a member of the Firmwide Disclosure Committee, Capital Management Committee, Firmwide Operational Risk Committee, Federal Reporting Oversight Committee and the Stress Test Committee. She was also the sponsor of the Finance People Development Committee.
