Greg Lipper

Biography

Greg Lipper is Senior Vice President of Global Client Services and Operations of Corporate Solutions at Nasdaq. In this role, Mr. Lipper is responsible for overseeing Account Management, Client Services, Sales Support and Operations for the company’s portfolio of intelligence and communications solutions it delivers to more than 10,000 corporate clients. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Mr. Lipper was Head of Global Business Services for Staples, (Nasdaq: SPLS) and led improvements in business performance and efficiency through operational and process excellence, and global scalable delivery models.  Mr. Lipper also held senior level roles with Fidelity Investments where he drove operational efficiencies through the delivery of an enhanced customer service model and led global transformation projects. Mr. Lipper has launched operations in India, Philippines and Poland, has lived in multiple countries. He is six sigma certified.  Mr. Lipper earned his MBA in General Management from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Business Studies at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
