r. James Aloysius Charles Kennedy, also known as Jim, CFA serves as a Director of United Airlines, Inc. Mr. Kennedy is an Independent Director of United Continental Holdings, Inc. since March 2016. Previously, he was the President and Director of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Mr. Kennedy was the Chief Executive Officer and President at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2015 and its Director from 1996 to April 27, 2016, Vice President from 1981 to 2006, Director of Equity Division from 1997 to 2006, Director of Equity Research from 1987 to 1999, and Investment Analyst since 1978. He joined the firm in 1978 and played a leadership role in developing its U.S. equity investment organization for 20 years and contributed to the expansion of its global equity investment capabilities. Previously, Mr. Kennedy worked at General Electric and participated in their financial management training program. Previously, he served at 1608557 Ontario Inc. Mr. Kennedy has extensive investment experience. He was a Director of T. Rowe Price Global Asset Management Limited. Mr. Kennedy is a recipient of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Excellence in Leadership Award. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Kennedy holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. degree from Princeton University.
