Dr Heng Chrang presently holds the Director of Department of Ophthalmology at Preah Ket Mealea Hospital and Director of Prosith Eye Clinic .Dr Heng Chrang is the member of Cambodia Ophthalmological Society and a member of American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and also a member of Asian Pacific Academic of Ophthalmology (APAO).
