Biography
Sereyrath has been associated with legal entities in Cambodia and USA, the Khmer Rouge Tribunal, Royal University of Law and Economics and the first Cambodian team at the Willem C. Vis Moot International Commercial Arbitration in Austria. Admitted to the New York State Bar, Sereyrath holds a LL.M. in Asian Law, Global Business, and Sustainable International Development from University of Washington School of Law USA. He speaks English, Mandarin, Khmer and basic Thai.
