Sovanvathanak has broad experience in legal research, translation and drafting legal reports and was an intern for the Supreme Court Chamber. He earned dual Bachelor of Law and International Studies degrees from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and Royal University of Phnom Penh and speaks English and Khmer.
