Biography
Mark Traynor is Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of UCare. Prior to assuming this role, he served as UCare’s executive legal counsel since 2002. In addition to acting as the main lawyer for the organization and leading the legal team, he also provided oversight for the antifraud, internal audit, and compliance functions, and served as an officer in his role of Secretary for the organization. He was responsible for providing high-level leadership of UCare's provider relations, including its network development and management functions. In addition, he co-led strategic planning for the organization.
