Biography
Dr. Kruisselbrink started his post secondary education at The King's University College, a small private college in Edmonton AB. After two years he transferred to the University of Alberta where he completed a BA in psychology. Following a dismal year of working, Dr. Kruisselbrink pursued a masters degree in sport psychology at the University of Victoria studying perceptions of control after mental skills training. For his PhD he broadened his expertise from the psychology of performance to the psychology of learning where he studied how different ways of scheduling practice repetitions affected motor skill learning. Dr. Kruisselbrink joined the School of Recreation Management & Kinesiology at Acadia University in 1999.
