Biography
Dr. Igor Semenenko joined F.C. Manning School of Business in 2009 upon completion of Ph.D. program at the University of Alberta. He earned his masters degree in business administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003. He also holds two bachelor degrees in political sciences and business from two top local schools in Moscow. His areas of expertise are corporate finance and market microstructure. His research primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, information asymmetry and insider trading in major corporate finance events.
