Biography
Dr. Tim Webster, a research scientist with the Applied Geomatics Research Group at Nova Scotia Community College in Middleton, received a 2011 Visionary Award from the Gulf of Maine Council on Marine Environment. Tim is one of our top investigators on flood risk mapping, shoreline delineation, sub-watershed monitoring, geosciences mapping and landscape evolution, quality control and mission planning for LIDAR and other remote sensing surveys. He has written extensively on the topic and is considered an authority on the subject.
