Biography
Mr. George McClean serves as a Vice President and General Counsel at Acklands-Grainger Inc. and K&D Pratt Group Inc. Mr. McClean served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Social Responsibility at Acklands-Grainger Inc. and served as its Vice President and General Manager of Eastern Canada and served as its Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel since March 2006. He served as Vice President of Safety & Environment of Acklands-Grainger Inc. since March 2006. He was an Executive Member of General Motors Canada, where he served as legal counsel. In addition, he served as Corporate Secretary and member of the OnStar Canada Board of Directors. Mr. McClean received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
