Biography
Jani joined Advertising Standards Canada (ASC) in 2016, as President and Chief Executive Officer. A renowned leader in the Canadian advertising industry, Jani has over 30 years of industry experience, most recently at the Institute of Communication Agencies (ICA), where she served as President for nine years. Before her time at the ICA, Jani held various senior roles within a number of leading Canadian communication agencies. A tireless volunteer both in the advertising and marketing industry and in civic society, Jani is currently on the ACTRA Fraternal Benefits Society’s Board of Governors, a CASSIES judge and serves as a member of the Humber Advisory Board.
