Biography
Mr. Richard C. Williams has been the President of Conner-Thoele Limited, a consulting and financial advisory firm specializing in the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical segment since 1989. Mr. Williams serves as Financial Communications Manager of Rohm and Haas Company. From 1997 to 1999, he served as Co-Chairman of Vysis (formerly, Vysis Pharmaceuticals), a genetic biopharmaceutical company. He served as a Director of ISTA Pharmaceuticals Inc. since November 2002. He also serves as a Director of Immunomedics Inc., a biopharmaceutical research company. He serves as a Director of Centaur Inc., a private equine diagnostic company. He was a member of the Listed Company Advisory Committee of New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Williams received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from DePauw University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Finance.
