Alistair Maccallum

Biography

Alistair MacCallum is Senior Vice President, Finance, Aecon Group Inc. and is responsible for treasury, tax, internal audit, consolidated internal and external reporting, and consolidated planning and forecasting functions, as well as related process improvements, team development and change management.  Mr. MacCallum comes to Aecon with 20 years of finance and management experience, specializing in heavy industry. For the past 10 years, Alistair has worked with Catalyst Paper, a publicly traded pulp and paper company located in Vancouver, B.C. Most recently, Alistair held the position of Vice President, Treasurer and Controller.  Prior to joining Catalyst Paper, he worked as a strategy and process improvement consultant for IBM/PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified General Accountant and received his Bachelor of Arts, History degree from the University of British Columbia and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia
